The chemical name of acrylic is homopolyacrylonitrile, also known as acrylic fiber. It is used as a raw material to make felt by needle punching method, and then through special post-processing to obtain acrylic needle punched filter felt. Acrylic filter bag is sewn by acrylic needle felt.
Acrylic filter bags are widely used in flue gas dust removal in waste incineration, power plants, steel and other industries.
The advantages of acrylic filter bags are medium acid resistance, weak alkali resistance, and long-term use temperature below 140ºC.
