Main Features

PTFE membrane needle felt is compounded by micro-grain film and varied foundation in special techniques, with excellent chemical stability and neat, smooth surface. It has the advantages of good air permeability, high-temperature endurance, and Condensation resistant. It is mainly used in the chemical industry, garbage burning, gas cleaning, and industrial waste gas processing.

PTFE Filter bags are in general frequently used for dust removal in industrial applications. We make filter bags to fit most styles and types of baghouses and other dust collection systems. Filter bags come in a wide range of fabrics, coatings, finishes, sizes, and configurations. Media are available in various fabric weights and treatments such as singed, glazed, PTFE membrane, anti-static, acid-resistant and more.

Different types of filter bag must be individually packaged. In general, it is wrapped in plastic bags for waterproof, then put in a carton. The filter bag must be neat and regular packing, with the ring of the filter bag to avoid ring flat compression deformation. For the requirement to keep the shape of the filter bag, it must fill padding for the filter bag inside. Any other packing ways also be accepted up to you.
