PPS fiber needled filter material performance excellence in the application of the following situation: 

1, the working temperature of 160 degrees, instant temperature of 190 degrees, the melting point of 285 degrees, the limiting oxygen index 34-35; 

2, the oxygen content in the <=15% situations can be used; 

3, the place of flue gas containing moisture.  PPS fiber has the strength to keep the integrity and intrinsic chemical resistance, can maintain a good filter

performance in the bad environment, and achieve the ideal life. PPS fiber filter felt is the ideal filter material in the dust treatment of filtering coal boiler,

incinerator ash, dust processing and others pulse cleaning duster.  According to the different requirement of the different working conditions, we could do

a variety of functional treatment of PPS fiber needled felt, such water and oil repellent, PTFE impregnation, coating, laminating and so on.       

 

Nonwoven aramid filter bag:

1. cement silo filter will not fall off under the strength of the press of the pulse air.
2. the sewing thread should the same as the material of the bag, or better, the tensile strength of the sewing thread should more than 27N.
3. the portrait direction of the sewing, should be fastness enough, and no less than 3 yarns.
4. the cement silo filterbag top sewing must be fastness enough and no less than 2 yarns.
5. there is no any jumper during the needle within 1 meter.
6. there is no damaged condition in the bag body, if there is one 5mm*5mm damage in the bag body especially for the membraned bag, the bag will not let release from our factory.

Different types of filter bag must be individually packaged. In general, it is wrapped in plastic bags for water proof, then put in a carton. Filter bag must be neat and regular packing, with the ring of the filter bag to avoid ring flat compression deformation. For the requirement to keep the shape of filter bag, it must fill padding for filter bag inside. Any other packing ways also be accepted up to you.
