FMS is a new high temperature resistant filter material and bag. It is made of two or more high temperature resistant fibers mixed and laminated composite needle punching.

After different surface chemical treatments and post-treatment technologies, it also has the characteristics of water and oil resistance, high wind speed, high concentration of dust collection and so on.

Advantages of FMS:

1. Compared with glassfiber filter material, FMS filter material has significantly improved abrasion resistance, bending resistance and peeling strength. It can bear high filter load, low running resistance and long service life.

 

2. Compared with chemical fiber dust bag, FMS dust bag overcomes the weak point of large elongation and deformation of chemical fiber dust bag and has good dimensional stability.

 

3. Compared with NOMEX coated dust filter bag, FMS dust bag is cheaper. It is an ideal high temperature dust bag and is very popular among users.

4. In the application of blast furnace gas purification, FMS dust bag can withstand higher gas temperature. Under normal circumstances, the operating temperature can be controlled at 260ºC-300ºC, and some varieties can withstand a high temperature of 450ºC instantly.
