Polyester needle felt is a widely used filter bag material which has great intensity and elastic
recovery,steady fiber dimension,good anti-wear property,large porosity,good air permeability,
long serving life,high dust collecting efficiency.It shows good mechanical properties and acid and alkali resistance at normal temperature. 
Polyester needle felt is a good option with good properties and appropriate price. 
Characters of dust such as temperature,proportion,size,adhesion,concentration,humidity, explosibility and filtration velocity should be considered before choosing filter bag to achieve an optimum efficiency.    
 

Polyester filter bag
Polyester needled felt have advantages of high voidage,good air permeability,high dust collecting efficiency,long service life,etc.And also have the advantage of the moderate temperature rating,the instantaneous temperature is 150ºC,acid and alkali resistance is moderate,and has very good abrasion resistance.
Polyester filter bag can be widely used in all kinds of dust collecting under normal temperature.
 

Polyester needle punched filter felt
Polyester needle felt is the most versatile, most cost effective and most widely used filter medium for dust collection. It is strong, abrasion resistant, can work up to 150°C and has good resistance to common acids, solvents and oxidising agents.
Disadvantages 
Polyester's only real weakness is a tendency to hydrolyse at elevated temperature which means that moisture can break down the fibres and cause them to revert to their basic constituents. This results in powdering of the fibres and a serious loss of strength.
Application
Because of its favourable price/quality ratio, polyester is the most common fibre used in filter media.
