FMS needled felt fabric dust collector filter bag for cement industry
Filter bag is the core of the dust filter. The filter bag has the strict requirements on design, filter material cutting, woven technology etc. These requirements are very important for the normal operation, maintenance and even the service life of the bag filter.
High temperature filter material is made by processing FMS, Metamax, PPS, P84, PTFE, Glass fiber, the character is high filter efficiency, good heat stability, long useful life. It is used in all kinds of high temperature, acid resistance, alkali-resisting and corrosion-resistant gas.
 

FMS dust filter bag (polyphenylene sulfide)
Normal maximum continuous operating temperature is 260degrees.
Common applications include: coal-fired boilers, incinerators, fluidized bed systems, cement mills, oil and gas firings,
asphalt plants and pulverized coal injection systems. Ryton has excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis.
The media also has the ability to operate effectively on applications with oxygen content up to 9%.
Ryton works well in high moisture content applications and where dew point crossings are common.
This media is suited for applications where emissions standards are tight.

Packing and Delivery
Different types of filter bag must be individually packaged. In general, it is wrapped in Plastic Bags for water proof, the number of filter bags in a carton. Filter bag must be neat and regular packing, with the ring of the filter bag to avoid ring flat compression deformation. For the requirement to keep the shape of filter bag, it must fill padding for filter bag inside.Any other packing ways also be accepted up to you.
