Nomex filter bags are made from meta-aramid synthetic fibers, providing high heat and chemical resistance. The fibers are very fine and densely packed.
Nomex has a continuous use temperature rating of up to 370°C (700°F), with excursion temperatures allowable up to 427°C (800°F). This makes it suitable for hot gas filtration applications.
Nomex offers excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis, greases, and organic solvents, making it a good choice for applications with exposure to corrosive gases and fumes.
The dense, non-woven construction of Nomex filter bags provides high tensile strength and abrasion resistance. This allows them to withstand cleaning cycles and pulsing jets.
The fine Nomex fibers provide high filtration efficiency while maintaining good air permeability and low pressure drop. This improves ventilation efficiency.
Nomex is lightweight compared to some other high temperature filter materials, making installation and disposal easier.
Different types of filter bag must be individually packaged. In general, it is wrapped in plastic bags for water proof, then put in a carton. Filter bag must be neat and regular packing, with the ring of the filter bag to avoid ring flat compression deformation. For the requirement to keep the shape of filter bag, it must fill padding for filter bag inside. Any other packing ways also be accepted up to you.
Self-produce iron frame for transportation, it can ensure no damages caused in ocean and land transportation, the firm iron frame with lifting lug on the top side, which can be easy for lifting up by crane, also strong iron frame on the bottom can ensure no distrotion when moved by folklift. If the iron frame membraned by plastic or waterproof cloth, it can be storgaed in the open place without rust corrosion.
