The molecular structure of PTFE ultrafine powder is the same as that of polytetrafluoroethylene, except that its molecular weight is 30,000-200,000, the average particle size is 1-20 μm. The molecular weight of polytetrafluoroethylene is 1000,000-10000,000, and the average particle size is 25. ~800μm.

1. YC-220 type polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder is a low molecular weight micron-sized polytetrafluoroethylene white powder with a special method of paper cup, the molecular weight is 10000-30000.
2. It not only basically protects the excellent properties of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, such as high crystallinity, good dispersibility, easy to mix and add, so it is widely used in the blending modification of polymer materials.
3. The product is added to the engineering plastics, which can significantly improve the wear resistance, lubricity, non-stickiness and flame retardancy of the base material, so that the performance of the substrate is obviously improved.
4. YC-220 can be used between 190-300 °C.
5. YC-220 is usually used as a processing aid and can also be used as a lubricant alone, but it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE suspension or dispersion resin for extrusion or compression molding.
